We already used TPS78233DDCR for this part .but this is out of stock now. We need this part 10000 no's. Or else please suggest the alternate part for the same specification ASAP.

Hi Kodish,

Here are some alternates that have current supply and are direct replacements of TPS78233DDCR in terms of pinout + performance. They do also have higher Z-height:

TPS7A02 - TPS7A0233PDBVR

TPS7A03 - TPS7A0333PDBVR

TPS7A05 - TPS7A0533PDBVR

These recommendations are in same family and same pinout but adds a bit more complexity due to VSET pin

TPS780 - TPS780330220DDCR, 3.3Vout when VSET pin is low

TPS781 - TPS781330220DDCR, 3.3Vout when VSET pin is low

Thank you, Wilson, I check Your Suggestion it was good, but we need low IQ and LOW drop Out Voltage like TPS78233DDCR.

Hi Kodish,

What is your VIN? the VDO on TPS78233DDCR is 250mV max @ 150mA whereas TPS7A0533PDBVR has VDO of around 175mV max at that same output current, so TPS7A05 is certainly low Iq + low VDO.

TPS7A02/TPS7A03 also have very similar dropout performance and has the added benefit of maintaining very low Iq levels even when the device goes into dropout region.

All three of the options (TPS7A05, TPS7A02, and TPS7A03) will work properly with 800mV between Vin and Vout.
