My customer uses our LDO from a 22V to generate a 20V@20mA +pic current (few amps)
These pic currents (few µs) occur every ~ms; so a total of 146µF has been added on the LDO output.
No specific over temperature has been detected (through IR camera).
And the 22Vin is coming from a DC/DC (no load dump).
I will share the schematic and layout in PM.
Any idea on where we should investigate?
