SN7037B0YFDR by Ti Datasheet or list of commands used for this BMC

Looking for some info on this BMC mainlly what hex commands and the format they need to be to communicate with it (also a list of the command descriptions. 

no luck with Ti Support or Google.  SN7037B0YFDR a Ti BMC for >Li.oin Cells , It uses some SMBus Commands but it seems it is not supporting them all.
