Do you have a similar device that has FTA?
My customer wants to know how it breaks with heat and ESD.
App is a home appliance.

Would the page on the operating temperature and ESD limits (see screenshot below) from the datasheet help? In addition, the automotive grade version has FIT rate and FMD information listed on its product page; see if that helps:https://www.ti.com/product/TL431LI-Q1#tech-docs. If neither of these work, let us know what is needed and why.
