1^st line = OA-S THA

2^nd line = 5962- (PN, no need to translate)

3^rd line = 8761022A (PN, no need to translate)

4^th line = UC1825AL/ (PN, no need to translate)

5^th line = 8833B

6^th line = 2022A

Need to find Date Code and manufacturing Location.
