Hi team,

The design is input 10V to 30V, output 12V, output current 4A

At present, the input voltage at both ends of ccout is 18.6v, but the measured output voltage at both ends of ccout is only 0.13v

Please help to analyze the reasons.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. Do you mean that you Vin was set to 18V but you could not see 18V on the coupling capacitor C6 in your schematic?

Hi Elisabetta,

yes.The input voltage is 18.8v.

I just see 0.13v.

Sorry for the late reply. What voltage do you see on the DIS/EN pin? What is the value of the sense resistor on your PCB, is it 6mOhm?
