TPS54302: How to decide to EN voltage

Part Number: TPS54302

I'm going to design DC-DC converter circuit with TPS54302.

required spec.

case1
IN:DC24V ⇒OUT:5V
case2
IN:DC24V ⇒OUT:12V

I'm not sure how should I decide the voltage of EN.

For example, the manual shows that start voltage(6.74V), stop voltage(5.83V),when the minimum input voltage is 8V.

What voltage and resister values should I set when the input voltage is 24V.

  • Hi ,

There is some detailed introduction about how to set the resistor value based on the Vstart and Vstop you expected.

Please refer chapter 7.3.5 Enable and Adjusting Undervoltage Lockout in Page 9 of D/S.

These value are not related with the typical input voltage, but Vstart and Vstop you set.
