quick question about RSVD. A customer currently has RSVD shorted to BP18.
We just found the note that RSVD (Pin 61) should be connected to BP18 through 1-kΩ resistor. can you confirm What is the RSVD pin function? Why does is have to be 1k?

Pin 61 and 62 are for external crystal. They should both be connected to BP18 with a resistor (separately) for current limiting when not using a crystal, and the recommended value of the resistor is 1kOhm.
