Dear the person in charge,

We are using BQPRODUCTION for uploading Srec File of BQ40Z50-R2.

Sometimes we get the following error in BQPRODUCTION.

1) error code: 1233 ( Command channel not found.)

2) error code: 1253 ( Client waited more than 30 seconds for pipe )

Could you tell us the causes and countermeasures for the above errors?

There is an issue with USB communication. Probably Windows, the PC hardware, or EV2300.

So, I want to know more detailed information(specific information) for the cause.

For example, when do they happen? and so on.

And I want you to tell me the countermeasure for the error.

Hello,

We will not be able to tell you the specific reason this error happens. Are you using EV2300 or EV2400? The EV2400 needs to be used with the newer gauges, EV2300 has problems running on older operating systems. The EV2300 is not longer supported.
