I noticed that the formula used in calculating Rc in the spreadsheet drops the factor of 2. is this an issue? the formula is 2*PI ....

Can you also please clearly state the units of each parameter?

It should be 2*PI* in calculation. Spreadsheet drops the factor of 2.
