Could we use the WQFN package?

Hi Jimmy,

Sorry that I am not so familiar with PCB process. Do you mean customer cannot mount WCSP device because of its small pitch?

There is no function or spec difference between QFN and WCSP version. You could recommend customer with the package they can handle.

For WQFN package, only available the PWM interface and channel LED1~5, right?

Please help to double check the schematic and R5 for FSET/R6 for ISET.
