Hi Ti Team

I made a smart battery using the BQ28Z610-R1. However, I receive strange data while communicating with the CPU. If you look at slucc81-57 page, there is Standard Commands, which is different from Smart Battery Data Specification. What is the standard command of BQ28Z610 based on?

Hello Jeong,

This gauge does not follow the SBS command set, it is an I2C based gauge. The SMBus based gauges will follow the SBS document like bq40z50 and bq40z80.

I am not aware of any standardized document for I2C gauges and their command set. I would recommend following the TRM command set.
