We know that the part support 100mA / 500mA switching on the USB pin.
We would like to have a 200mA / 1000mA charge current switch capability from the wall adapter. Can this be achieved using a BJT in parallel with a low value resistor so that when the BJT is turned on, the effective resistance lowers down to have a higher current ?
