REF3425: REF3425IDBVR does not provide 2.5V.

Hi Team,

We have received inquiry from customer that our IC REF3425IDBVR does not provide 2.5V.

According to them, the device output always below 2.5V with/without the decoupling which they cannot proceed the evaluation. Below is the output result.

All the purchased REF3425IDBVR has an output of 1.44V for all "DC voltage" with decoupling (Without 1.38V). In both cases it oscillates heavily. The customer suspect that device are dead on arrival

Hi Maynard,

What load is being applied to the circuit? The REF34xx needs output capacitance to make the output stable. Looking at the photo, I would suggest having the customer place the output capacitor closer to the output and GND pins. Same for the input capacitor.
