Could you help recommend a module or buck converter IC which height is lower than 1.2mm?

The spec requirement is below.

4.5V~18V in/ 3.3V 0.5A out

    Hi,

    There is a APLed part TPS563211/TPS562211 meets your requirements,4.2-18vin 2A/3A buck in SOT 583 package (height 0.6 mm). RTM is in SEP 21.please check if this schedule okay for you.

    If an RTMed device needed, we have a spin part of TPS563201 to 18vin , 4.5-17vin,3A in SOT236 pkg (height 1.1mm).

    Also you can try TPS56339 , 4.5V-24vin, 3A in SOT236 pkg.
