I enabled a burst mode through GUI. And then click the "write to hardware",the input power was reduced.

Next, I click the "store ram to flash". Then the input power go back. Burst mode disabled.

How can I store the GUI value to device?

Hi,

I don't see any issue in the PMBus messages, they look the same as what I see. For the next steps:

1. Are you using the default PSFB firmware? https://www.ti.com/tool/UCD3138FW-PSFB

2. If there are any changes to the default firmware are there any changes to pmbus_topology.c or flash.c? These have the functions that copy the RAM values into flash in the function "Uint8 update_data_flash(void* dest_ptr, const void* src_ptr, Uint16 byte_count) "

3. If you try to save other parameters, does it work? Please try changing the "VOUT_COMMAND" for example to 12.0V (from 11.875V) and see if reverts back to old value after you save from RAM to flash. Also, try a different page in the GUI to see what happens. For example change the "OC Fault Threshold" in the "Monitor" screen and see if it can be saved to flash. This is to check if there is a general issue with saving to flash or just some function is not working.
