Hi team,
My customer would like to confirm about the connection between VC1 and VC2 of BQ28Z610 in 1-series application.
What will it happened, if it didn't short Vc1 and Vc2 together to remain Vac2 at floating with 1-seires battery? Thanks.

Hello,
The VC2 pin is the power input while the gauge is operating from battery power, it's required to have VC2 tied to VC1 with single cell applications for the gauge to receive power.
You can refer to the pin definitions in the datasheet.
