TPS650864: TPS6508641 can't power up

Hi team,

My customer met a problem when testing TPS6508641. VTT LDO of TPS6508641 can’t power up and other buck or LDO has dropped as below. Do you have any ideas about it? I also get the schematic and layout from customer. It also needs your help to review them. Thanks.
