UCD9248: Can not read address:52,NACK.

Hello,Everyone,

 There are 3 UCD9248 ICs on my board,We use UCD9248+PTD08 to create several Voltages to power Xilinx FPGA on the board .

  Now when I try to program project files into the ucd9248,a fatal error produced.as follows:"could not read DEVICE_ID from address:52;NACK;it is impossible to download a project file if it's DEVICE_ID can not be read; this indicates a serious communications or firmware error must be resolved".

we have used the same download tool and project files on several hundreds boards,So I think maybe communications have something wrong,but I don't know how to debug it,Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thank you
