            Below is input source

Adapter DC 12V

Battery DC 9~12.6V

AC 90V~264V

          Do we have DC 300V/2mA output solution for above requirement? Thank you.

    Does the output need to be isolated?
    I think it might when using the AC input.

    Patrick, TI has a Reference Design area where you can search for designs.
    I looked for 300Vout and DC input, per the link below.

    3 designs are presented that show the concepts needed for your requirements.
    At this low current and high Vout, a charge pump is commonly implemented in tandem with a boost topology.

    Boost Converter With 18 to 30Vin and 300V @ 10mA Output
    This is closest to what you want, you could modify it for a lower Vin.

    These designs would would work off you DC input.
    For the AC input, I would suggest a standard wall adapter supply to create a 12V source for the input to the above circuits.
    There may be other options as well if you don't need isolation.
