Could you kindly provide me with the programming specification (I2C programming protocol) for UCD90320ZWST? Our customer asked us to implement mass programming tool.

2. TI MFR GUI: http://www.ti.com/tool/fusion_mfr_gui
3. Or Fusion GUI command Line Tool: http://www.ti.com/tool/FUSION_DIGITAL_POWER_DESIGNER
Use the fusion GUI to export data flash write script file. Follow UCd90xxx pmbus command reference guide manual to see how 0xE2 and 0XE3 works.
Basically the data flash scrip file has packaged the raw data into the recognized pmbus command format. Your own software just need to follow the file to write the commands one by one

We aren't able to create cfg. HEX file without connected eval. boar. Could you send me also cfg. HEX file with testing data? In general we don't need eval. board, for our needs any cfg. data are enough.
Since you are the programming house, your customer shall provide data flash hex file or data flash write script file so that you can start the development.
Here are examples of the hex file and script file for your reference.
