    Hello Kuan,

    If you are referring to PFM mode of the LM5165, then you are correct, the LM5164 cannot be used in PFM mode.  However, the LM5164 employs a Constant on time (COT) control scheme similar to the LM5165.  COT is a modified hysteretic scheme.

    If you are looking for true hysteretic control, you may want to consider the LM3489-Q1, however, this is a controller (external FET) and not a regulator.

    Please consider the LM5161.  Link below.  This has UVLO with Hysteresis.

    Only a Fixed or adjustable UVLO, nothing relating to Hysteresis.
