Hello,

I would like to know what is Quiescent Current of this IC, as it is not stated in the datasheet.

Operation conditions are: Vin=36-60V; Ioutput=0.7A;Fswitching=175kHz

  • Timur, this may require us getting the EVM to take this data for the application specific configuration.

    Please give us some time to acquire the EVM if necessary.

    Sorry, I just got back from a US holiday.

    I forgot to mention that efficiency can be measured via webench with your specific input and output power configuration.

    This data is correlated with validation data.

    I saw you specifiy the output current, so I thought you mistyped.

    Iq is highly dependent on BOM, with the inductor and input voltage being big influencers.
    Do you have an inductor in mind for your application.
    Additionally, if you do want to have an additional device to evaluation.
    LMR36006 would be a device that could fit your application. It has a PFM mode for good no load iq.
