My customer test team requires a upper limit on internal pull-up resistor(90K ohm) to VDD.
Data spec indicates a min pull up of 70K and typical value of 90K, they require a max limit for their testing purpose.
Can someone advise what is an apprioriate upper limit for the pull up?
