Unable to increase quantity from 0 on PTN04050CAH

I'm trying to order a sample of the PTN04050CAH 12-W, 3.3/5-V Input, Wide Adjust Output Boost Converter but after selecing the item and adding to the shopping cart all I can select from the quantity drop down is 0 which doesn't allow me to order it at all.

Is there a specific problem with the power regulation boards as I've tried it on 7 different modules and each one has the same issue.

I've tried on other items not in the power regulation section (TPL0102-100 for example) and that works fine with multiple quantities showing in the drop down.

Hope this is something that can be sorted out as there's a couple of the power modules I'd like to try on my new prototype before having to redesign things to accept different power characteristics.

The WEB site under PTN04050CAH confirmed a sample order can be generated for any available module including PTN04050CAH.

I have the same problem as Leigh, I can generate the order, but the Qty is "0" and I cant change it.

I eventually managed to place the order using IE9 but it was slow going. Chrome wouldn't work at all until tonight when it worked fine???

I tried both IE9 and Firefox, still getting a "0" that I can't change, samples in other categories is no problem, I even tried on two other PC's - same error :(

Edit: It's the PTR08100W I'm trying to order

I'm having the same problem with PTH08080WAH, the only quantity available in the sample cart is 0. I've tried to order in chrome, IE9, and safari, all to no avail.

I can get to the screen where I should be able to add one to the cart, the problem is that the only quantity in the drop-down menu is "0".

To order a(one) sample and after access to the link, http://www.ti.com/product/pth08080w,

scroll down to free sample box next to PTH08080WAH , then click on this box. When the sample data is activated, the samples cart page automatically inserts a unit of 1 (quantity) . Then update and complete the sample request form.
