My customer is looking to use the PTR08100W and use the Voadjust to change the Vout dynamically. Use case.
Vin = 12v nominal
Vout = 0.6 to 5.0v
Load is purely resistive: 1.00 to 1.25 ohm (resistive heater). So Iout will vary with Vout.
Questions-
1) Can Vout be controlled by controlling the VoAdjust pin ?
2) Limits for VoAdjust ?
3) Can VoAdjust be driven by a DAC or Filtered PWM signal ? (examples circuits or designs ?)
4) would a DPOT be a better method ?
Any thoughts on this appreciated.
