PMP5141 PCB changes

Hi,

I need the list of changes to be done on the PCB in the reference design PMP5141 , I thought only the components with reference above 100 are the change, but found pin 7 and 8 of the transformer T2 also swapped between schematics and the PCB.Is there any other jumper required. Kindly clarify.
