Hello-

We use the TPS74201 device.  Could you please tell us when that part was changed from being made with gold wire to copper wire? 

Or has it alwyas been made with copper wire?

Did that happen when TI started assembling the parts at the Clark facility? 

Could you please provide a date code when that change occurred? Thanks and Best Regards,

    Hi Tim,

      I am not seeing a PCN for this device (and please provide complete part number so I can check for different package versions).  I also checked the PCN database which lists all PCNs for every device, nothing found there either.  Can you provide the PCN document to which this change is referenced?
