Difference between LM25118 LM5118 and functional difference of automotive grade

This is my first post here.

Q1. What is the difference between the two devices LM25118 and LM5118, design report suggest no difference?

Q2. What is the difference between Q1 or automotive grade and regular device. Can I use the same design for both controllers? - I am guessing that, the reliability is the only difference, is that a right assumption.

A1) Functionally, there is no difference. LM5118's operating range is up to 75V while LM25118's operating range is up to 42V.

A2) Funtionally, there is no difference.
