2 cell li-ion protection

Like you said, the bq28550 is a single cell gas gauging IC. If you decide to use it for 2s pack you will eventually have cell unbalance. For 2 cells in series you might want to consider the bq20zxx devices.

Thnx For your reply. Sir we already using bq20z95 and bq20z75 but these both product are Costly we require a cheap circuit for  2 Li-ion cells.
