lm9022 similar solution?

May I know if LM4871 is suitable for replacing LM9022? My customer is seeking Filament Supply using Self Oscillation and Ef: 4.5Vrms.

Yes, the LM4871 is a 100% suitable replacement for the now Obsolete LM9022. Exact same silicon, just a few minor differences in the specification.
