LP2998 Thermal Parameters - Theta JC Junction to Case Temperature

Which package? 'MA' or 'MR'?

I can double check with the customer, but I believe they are planning on the MR.

Do we have the data for both the MA and the MR?

Cannot find any data for the LP2998MR. If needed, I can submit a request to the package thermal group for simulation. Be aware that the results generally take one week, but could possibly be up to two weeks, depending on what the work-load is in the que ahead of us.
