MTBF/FIT data for REG1117A

My company is using REG1117A adjustable linear regulator and we need its MTBF/FIT data for calculating the overall system reliability.  This field is empty in the web:

Is this information available? Thank you for your help

    I apologize for my delay.  This data is available.  I am still tracking down why it is not populating on the product folder; however, if you can access the information from this website:

    From here you would select the part number you are interested in.

    Thank you for the information. I can see the data for fixed voltage regulators, which have a 2.7 FIT value. So I guess the adjustable model will be the same.
