Could you tell me the plateau voltage of CSD18501Q5A?

Also, I would like to know how to calculate the plateau voltage.

As far as I know, there is no specific way of calculating the plateau voltage. It must be measured.

However, it can also be seen in the curve on the front page of the datasheet,as well as figure 4.

For this part, for instance, the plateau occurs between 9 at 15nC. If we take the center ~12nC, the plateau is just around 2.7V
