suggest power supply design using lm25575, vin(min) = 18v, vout=18v, 1.5A,

  • The LM25575 is on Webench To get a design go to the LM25575 product page.

    http://www.ti.com/product/lm25575

    Scroll down to the right and enter your parameters into Webench

    You will need the minimum and maximum input voltage.  The output voltage and the load current.

    What you will find is that webench is unable to create a design with 18Vin and 18Vout on the LM22575 because the maximum duty cycle of the part will not support the operation.  You will probably need to specify the LM25576 and a minimum of 20V.  This will increase the current limit and allow Webench to come up with a design.

    Regards,

    Marc

    may I know the feed back resistors and inductor values using LM25575 switcher.

    Vin min= 20volts DC, Vin max=28v DC, Vout= 18V , 1.5A

  • In reply to Chundury Nagasudha:

    Hi Chundury,

    The component values for the LM25575 will be the same as listed above for the LM25576 Webench design:

    L1= 220uH, Rfb1= 1 kOhm, Rfb2 = 13.7 kOhm.
