[bq24103A] Using the 104AT NTC Thermistor

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24103A

Hello~

According to BQ24103A datasheet, it is assume to use a 103AT NTC when determining the TS resistor network.

Is the BQ24103A able to support to 104AT NTC??

If yes, for using the 104AT, what is consideration point at the Equation 23 & 24??

Thanks... C.W. :)

  • The bq24103A should support different NTC thermistors. If you look at the resistance-temperater table in the NTC datasheet, 103AT and 104AT has different resistances corresponding to same temperature. If you are using 104AT, your RTHCOLD will be 390.3K, and RTHHOT will be 38.13K.
