Temperature coefficient

I found this sample data across temperature.

Other devices could vary.

The only data sheet claim is the voltage stays within the bounds in data sheet. 4.75V to 5.25V

According to the graph the voltage not reaches at 5V at normal temperature. I think the voltage will decreases when temperature increases. But the reverse is seen in the graph.

Could you say the value of output voltage at 55 degree celcius

This LDO, like most, uses a temperature compensated band gap reference to provide an output voltage.

The chart shows just a little positive first order (linear) temperature coefficient.
At the highest temperatures the uncompensated second order effects that are always negative overcome the positive linear temperature coefficient.

I expect 55C VOUT to be close to 25C limits.
