We Are using SM72295 Driver IC in our Inverter Design, We are facing some failure issue in SM72295 driver IC.
1. First case - We switch on the supply and only VCC was given to the IC and there is no drive pulses given and PIN no. 1 , 2 , 4 gets shorted. and all four Mosfets gets shorted
2. Second case - We switch on the supply and only VCC was given to the IC and there is no drive pulses given and PIN no. 18 and 19 gets shorted and One respective mosfet gets shorted.
