Using LM27222 direct ,without mosfet to drive 500mA@5V pwm signal

Dear Sir / Madam

In a new design I have a request to drive 500 mA@5V load, from PWM signal coming out off  a microcontroller (frequency 80Khz)

I would like to know whether I can use the LM27222 do drive the load without the Mosfet's (no higher current then 500mA is needed)

Whether your answer is YES - please show me how to connect the LM27222 to load?

    Hi Yuval,
    Sorry about the delayed response. This post slipped through the crack. The peak sourcing and sinking current of each LM27222 drivers(HG and LG) is 3Aand 4.5A respectively. So I don't see a problem driving a 500mA current directly from the controller.
