UCC27517A / specification of IN+, IN-

Hi Team,

I woud like to ask two questions as the following.

1)
Could you tell me the maximum input current of IN+ or IN-?
The datasheet doesn't show the specification.

2)
Is there any restriction of rise time and fall time for IN+(IN-)?
I believe there isn't but would like to confirm just in case.

Your support would be appreciated.

Hi Kensuke-san.

On page 12 of the datasheet the functional block diagram shows a 230k to ground from the IN+ pin to ground and a 200k to Vdd to the IN- pin. I expect these impedances will determine the input current into the pins.

I have asked one of my colleagues in the driver team to look at the second question.
