LM22674MR-5.0 - external Voltage at PIN SW

Hello,

in our design we have the LM22674MR-5.0 which supply the system with 5V. Alternative our system can be supplied by the 5V of the USB interface. What happen when no supply voltage is at VIN Pin and 5V of USB is at SW-Pin?
Has the LM22674 a protection for this case? Or should I place a diode in serial to protect the LM22674?
