Dear, Sir.

My customer is strongly interested in PMP10979.

They are asking several questions about PCB materials after seeing the thermal data

on test report. Sorry to disturb your job, but hoping to get your advice at this time.

1. How much is the PCB thickness?

2. Is it the 4 layer PCB?

3. Could you please clarify the Cu thickness on outter & inner side?

4. Could you please clarify the material for main PCB(Glass fiber, etc) & Prepreg(glue for

    Cu layer, Glass fiber + Epoxy, etc)?

    Please find my answers below.

    1. How much is the PCB thickness? total thickness=62.8mil

    2. Is it the 4 layer PCB? yes

    3. Could you please clarify the Cu thickness on outter & inner side? 1.4mil on all 4 layers

    4. Could you please clarify the material for main PCB(Glass fiber, etc) & Prepreg(glue for

        Cu layer, Glass fiber + Epoxy, etc)? The material is the FR-4 standard.
