In the datasheet in Section 9.3.1, "External Cell Balancing", there is an expression Ibal=Vcell/Rcb_ext.
How does this expression may be true, if the external transistors (figure 11) can not be completely open, and the drain-source voltage is equal to the VGS (th)?
