we need some hints for optimizing our design.
We developed schematic by means of LM34919QuickStartCalculator. Layouted schema works rather good.
At VD3P3 switching frequency is approx. 630kHz, ripple is less than 20mVpp. But there is a superimposed oscillation with 70mVpp and ca. 37µs period. Where does it comes from, how to decrease significantly? Schematic and measurement curve is attached.
