Hi,
I am using bq21040 to power up the system and charge battery. However, when the battery is absent, the Vout shows a voltage value of 0V (no voltage output).
The schematic is below, and I check when USB_DC is plugged in, the voltage on VIN is correct (~5V), and voltage at TS pin is 0.5 V. How come there is not voltage output on Vout pin? Thanks for your help.
