Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51601A
Hello,
I noticed that TPS51601A has an integrated n-fet (boost switch) for bootstrap operation. How is this n-fet powered, as its source is 5 V? And is there a level-shifter for the gate signal (DRVL)?
