Hi Kohei,
There is no differential voltage rating spec within the datasheet. I believe IN2 can be higher than IN1 (such as 5V and 3V respectively).
I noticed you had asked a question earlier regarding single channel operation within this thread:
Is this question for the same application?
Note that if IN2 is floating, the concern is that the GATE2 circuitry will be in an unknown state and the device might trigger a fault.

This is not same application as the previous question.
Now TPS2320 is damaged in another application. However the cause is not clear. So I posted this question to research the cause.
