LM4041-N: LM4041QCIM3-1.2/NO-SUBJECT-Reverse Dynamic Impedance

Part Number: LM4041-N

I been assigned to perform characterization tests for the LM4041QCIM3-1.2/NO. How do you perform the

Reverse Dynamic Impedance (ZR) at test conditions IR=1mAmps, Frequency=120Hz and I(AC) =0.1xIR.

Can you describe the test setup and test equipment used and any relevant information needed to help me

perform this test.

  • Hello Javier,

Typically we use a complex piece of equipment to gather this information in a sweep. We use Impedance Analyzers to gather information over the full frequency range. Typically these work by injecting a small AC signal into the supply to the cathode and measuring the change in the signal from the source to the cathode pin.
Figure 2 and Figure 10 in the datasheet provides typical data for this device for dynamic impedance over the full range of the device.

    Best,
    Michael
