My customer is considering to connect an output capacitor such as following picture for noise reduction.

Is this connecting allowed?

Kuramochi:

The output ceramic capacitor ceramic capacitor on the (-) Vout should be limited to about 10 µF tolerance . X5R or X7R.

Does it mean that the capacitor should be 22uF±5uF(max)?

Kuramochi-san:

DCH01 maximum output ceramic capacitance is 22µF +5%.
