Customer is inquiring about any baking instructions for MSL2 parts such as REF3318AIDCK?

There were parts which were left in open stock and would like to have them properly dried.

Hello Randhir,

In general refer to the "JSTD033B01" Standard.

Since the REF3318AIDCK is in an SC70 package, with less then 1.4mm of thickness, the baking time should be at least 5 hours at 125C. If the saturation is unknown, it is recommended that they bake for 7 hours at 125C to be on the safe side.
